New Web Site offers Free Credit Card Reviews and Information

Miami Beach, Florida, August 24, 2006 – There are many credit and financial web sites on the Internet, but recently a new web site, Choose Credit Cards, has created review guides for dozens of different credit cards so that its visitors can choose the one that is right for them.

The web site has full comprehensive reviews for hundreds of the major credit cards. Each listing includes APR information as well as a list of features and a full guide of the credit card with all the information you could need. The web site is still new but already covers most credit card companies and banks, and continues to add more reviews daily.

Apart from offering great information on all types of credit cards, (including reward cards that can help you save on gas or save up for that vacation) the web site also features an article section with dozens of pieces that contain important information that you need to know before making any decisions and a resource guide with dozens of links where you can get more information.

“I wanted to create a web site where people could get all the information they need regarding credit cards,” said webmaster Uskelo Sonard. “It is a very important decision that all people must make so I wanted to make the choosing process quicker and easier by providing lots of free information and review guides.”

You can visit the web site and read up on some of the latest credit card reviews and articles at http://www.choosecreditcards.com.

Snakes on the what???

sjacksonshoot.pngWhy does it have to be snakes on a plane and not like snakes in your pants, or in my trailer, or snakes in my apartment?
Like there isn’t enough terror on a plane these days, like terrorists, “exploding water bottles”, shoe bombers and the usual suspect next to you that has not showered in days. Great, now one more thing to fledge a war on…killer snakes. Though I can see the metaphor between the snake the plane and the terrorist. While I have not seen the movie yet I will not dismiss the possibility of ever watching it, though it would be cool if it would be on a plane…

Iraq and the never ending “War on Terror”

There isn’t a day that goes by without the horror images coming out of Iraq. Just today another bloody scene from what has become now a daily occurence of the horror and murder in the streets of the Iraqi capital. Snipers on rooftops took aim at Shiite Muslim worshipers killing at least 22 of them and injuring scores more. It is apparent that a civilian war is brewing in Iraq these days. Sectarian violence has spread and is claiming over 100 civilians daily. If the Iraqi security forces and the US forces in Iraq do not choke the chaos, violence could spiral out of control and a full blown civial war could claim even more innocent lives and undermine the efforts that so far are taking unprecedented proportions. The cost of war is astounding and the loss of life unsettling.

Iraqi Mother Mourning
This occupation has become another Vietnam episode, and this administration seems to have misscalculated the effects and the impact this war would have on our lives, economy and world at large.

Fuoco by Adriano Celentano

Here is a great tune from Adriano Celentano. Titled “Fuoco” which means Fire in Italian. Here are the lyrics for those who speak Italian.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Siamo sempre lì, intorno a lei
a farci riscaldar dai suoi guai
e dai suoi “consigli per gli acquisti” di illusioni
che ci rendono belli fuori
e ci fan marcire dentro,
mentre l’ignoranza arriva in casa vestita in frack,

e tu sei sempre lì
sempre

Fuoco

da quando ti sei spento
l’amore di tutto il mondo
si è spento insieme a te
e ora al tuo posto

troneggia una sputabugie
dove trionfa l’ignoranza colta
di questa gioventù
coro:

Fuoco da quando ti sei spento
l’amore c’era in noi

si è spento insieme a te.
